Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Active DEA license and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe treatments and manage patient records with EMR.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet care quality goals.
