Job summary

Risant Health, a nonprofit affiliate of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, seeks a Program Manager for Value-Based Products (VBP) Operations to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives.

You will partner with product, engineering, and implementation teams to align scope, timelines, and budgets, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership.

Domestic travel up to 30% is expected as part of engaging partners and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in program or project management, preferably in healthcare, technology, or product delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project lifecycle methodologies (SDLC).
• Experience managing program budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute program delivery across VBP initiatives.
• Partner with product teams to align goals and scope.
• Track delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Engage stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report status via dashboards.
• Oversee SDLC handoffs to implementation and manage risks and vendor coordination.
