Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of experience in related field or 12+ years without a degree.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end value-based care programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical, finance, analytics, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs across the enterprise.
- Drive cross-functional execution and hold stakeholders accountable for timelines.
- Identify and resolve operational barriers to program implementation.
- Establish and enforce workflows, governance, and accountability across programs.
- Ensure operational readiness for new program implementations and model updates.
- Provide updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigations.
