Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience; in lieu of degree, 12+ years in related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional healthcare programs and value-based care initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs and ensure alignment with operational delivery.
• Drive cross-functional execution, holding stakeholders accountable for timely results.
• Identify and resolve operational barriers to program implementation and ongoing delivery.
• Establish workflows, governance, and accountability across programs.
• Ensure readiness for new program implementations, contract changes, and model updates.
• Oversee initiatives to improve program delivery and provider engagement.
• Partner with performance and analytics teams to translate insights into actions.
• Align processes with contractual requirements, measurement methodologies, and financial expectations.
• Drive prioritization of operational initiatives across stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Lead implementation of standardized processes for attribution, reporting inputs, and execution.
• Provide updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Build and lead a team for value-based care program operations and delivery.
