Job summary

Blue Cross NC seeks a Director of Value Based Care Operations & Execution to lead the operational delivery of value-based care programs across the enterprise. You will drive accountability and ensure programs translate into measurable outcomes.

You will work with performance, finance, and strategy teams to align execution with contractual and financial goals. This role requires strong leadership in a federated environment and a focus on scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in related field preferred.
• In lieu of degree, 12+ years of related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs across the enterprise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure programs meet timelines and objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational barriers impacting program implementation.
• Establish workflows, governance and accountability across programs.
• Ensure readiness for new program implementations and contract changes.
• Oversee initiatives to improve delivery and provider engagement.
• Translate insights from analytics into operational actions.
