Job summary

Amgen seeks a Value & Access Insights Manager in the US to partner with global and US value teams, delivering analytics and launch-ready tools to guide payer and reimbursement strategies. You will integrate multiple data sources to drive market access decisions and pricing strategies.

You will collaborate across payer marketing, pricing, contracting, and brand teams, building modules in Contracting-IQ and CAP‑AI initiatives for obesity-related conditions. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree and 8 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Build and manage payer, access, and reimbursement analytics and dashboards.
• Develop and validate pricing, coverage, and affordability data.
• Create contracting and employer-targeting modules in Contracting-IQ.
• Triangulate data from Clarivate, MMIT, IQVIA and partner sources.
• Collaborate with Payer Marketing, Pricing/Contracting and Brand teams on insights plans.
• Support CAP-AI development for obesity-related conditions.
