Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field with 2 years of experience OR
• Master's or foreign equivalent in same fields with 4 years of experience OR
• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in same fields with 6 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-portfolio value-evidence strategy with partners to identify payer evidence needs and define analytics strategies.
• Identify evidence gaps and build reusable frameworks and data assets.
• Advance innovative contracting capabilities and translate requirements into use cases and workflows.
• Own and evolve analytics products like CIQ and PEP AI with deployment and impact.
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
• Support ad hoc contracting and pricing analyses for payer/provider decisions.
• Collaborate across departments to scale analytics solutions and leadership-ready deliverables.
