Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Value & Access Insights Manager to partner with US and Global Value & Access teams, delivering business analytics, dashboards, and launch-ready tools to support deal modeling, segmentation, and price elasticity at launch.

You will address payer obstacles, work with US Payer Marketing and C&P teams, and build deep understanding of the US managed markets for OaR products, informing coverage and reimbursement strategies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with experience in healthcare analytics, market access, or biopharmaceutical strategy.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years in relevant roles or Associate’s with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• High school with 10 years of relevant experience accepted as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Build payer analytics and pricing models to support coverage and reimbursement strategies.
• Integrate multiple data sources (Claims, NPA, DDD, MMIT, Clarivate) for payer insights.
• Develop modules for contracting and pricing in analytics platforms.
• Analyze market access data to guide US payer strategies for obesity and related conditions.
• Collaborate with Payer Marketing, Pricing/Contracting, and Brand Marketing teams.

Education

Doctorate degree

Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience

Associate’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience

High school diploma / GED and 10 years of relevant experience
