Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Value & Access Insights Senior Manager to partner with Global and US teams, delivering analytics, dashboards, and launch-ready tools for MariTide Coverage & Pricing. You will model deals, segment payers, and address payer obstacles post-launch.

You will work with US Payer Marketing and C&P to understand the managed markets environment, integrating diverse data to inform access and reimbursement strategy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years relevant experience OR
• Masters degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR
• Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Build payer control deep-dive analyses and integrate into weekly tracking
• Evaluate capabilities to inform pricing, coverage and affordability data
• Build obesity-specific modules within contracting platforms
• Triangulate data sources to refine employer segmentation
• Design employer-specific modules to support contracting
• Build CAP-AI for obesity for dynamic copay/patient access
• Partner with Payer Marketing and Pricing teams to plan analytics
• Understand pharma data sets including IQVIA/MMIT/claims
