Amgen Inc. is seeking a Value & Access Insights Senior Manager to lead analytics for managed care and payer strategies within the medical benefit portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated analyses and shape reimbursement strategies using diverse data sources.

The role requires advanced analytics skills (SQL, R, Python) and strong communication to influence pricing, formulary positioning, and market access decisions in a dynamic US healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s or high school with business experience.
• Healthcare analytics and payer analytics experience preferred.
• Strong data analytics skills including SQL, Python, R and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead analytics for managed care and payer strategies across medical benefit portfolio.
• Provide integrated analyses to guide coverage and pricing decisions.
• Develop reports tracking product and portfolio performance against objectives.
• Perform longitudinal patient-level analyses and time-series modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and balance competing priorities.
• Present insights to senior leadership to influence decisions.
