Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or higher.
• Experience in healthcare payer analytics, contracting, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine analytics for payer control and weekly tracking.
• Inform pricing and contract decisions with payer data and insights.
• Develop market-access models and deploy in Contracting-IQ platform.
• Triangulate data from multiple sources to support employer segmentation.
• Collaborate with Payer Marketing and Pricing/Contracting teams on insights plans.
• Understand datasets like IQVIA LAAD/NPA, MMIT, Clarivate for analyses.
