Job summary

Amgen in the United States seeks an experienced Value & Access Insights Manager to partner with Global and US teams to deliver analytics, dashboards, and launch-ready tools supporting coverage and pricing strategies for obesity and related conditions.

This role requires deep understanding of the US payer environment, ability to triangulate diverse data sources (IQVIA, MMIT, Clarivate), and collaboration across marketing, contracting, and pricing to guide access decisions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's with healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with payer marketing and pricing analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to build and interpret complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Builds targeted payer control analyses and integrates into weekly tracking.
• Evaluates capabilities to share actionable pricing, coverage, and affordability data.
• Develops modules within contracting platforms to support employer contracting.
• Triangulates multiple data sources to refine employer segmentation and targeting.
• Designs employer-specific modules to support direct contracting.
• Builds AI-enabled tools for copay and patient access support.
• Partners with marketing, pricing, and contracting teams to plan analytics efforts.
• Understands datasets from claims, pharmacy data, and payer coverage to inform insights.
