Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharma/biotech leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US healthcare systems, reimbursement challenges, and commercial opportunities.
• Proven experience developing pricing, commercialization, and access strategies for US and international markets.
• Understanding of coding and billing requirements and processes.
• Functional proficiency across market access, pricing/contracting, lifecycle management, and patient services.

Responsibilities

• Integrate market access developments into brand launch and lifecycle plans.
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure payer marketplace evolution is embedded in plans.
• Assess US and ex-US macro trends impacting pricing, contracting, and strategies.
• Lead US value-based pricing, net-revenue optimization, and discount frameworks.
• Develop and execute market access data requirements and KPI evaluation.
• Lead patient support service capabilities and payer education initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and revenue recognition models.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure compliance with policies and healthcare laws.
