Job summary

Replimune in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Senior Director of Patient Support Services to lead strategy, operations, and cross-functional delivery of patient access programs as we launch and grow Replimune products. You will partner with Market Access, Sales, and Legal to ensure seamless patient access and compliance across HUB services.

The role requires deep expertise in reimbursement, vendor management, and data-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with patient support leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to drive consensus.
• Experience in reimbursement models including buy and bill; oncology preferred.
• Knowledge of payer policy development, execution, and management.
• Experience developing and managing vendors and budgets.
• Proficiency with pharma data platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of patient support services across the patient journey.
• Own launch readiness and resolve access barriers with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Market Access, Sales and Marketing for seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliant HUB oversight with Legal, Compliance and Medical Affairs.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and perform analyses to drive performance.
• Develop reimbursement support and patient assistance programs.
• Create and maintain HUB SOPs and program documentation.
• Use data and patient feedback to optimize services.
• Oversee HUB vendor management and performance against KPIs.
• Manage budget, vendor relations, and forecasting.
• Conduct RFPs and select HUB vendors; drive program enhancements.
• Collaborate with account teams on payer policies and clinical criteria.
• Build field-facing tools focused on the patient journey.
• Monitor and report on program metrics and impact.
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
