Job summary

Replimune Group, Inc. in Woburn, MA seeks a Senior Director of Patient Support Services to lead strategy, operations, and access programs enabling patient access to products. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of biotech/pharma experience with 5+ years managing patient support services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to drive consensus.
  • Experience in all reimbursement models inclusive of buy and bill, with oncology preferred.
  • Knowledge of and extensive experience with commercial and government payer policy development, execution, and management.
  • Knowledge of and experience with patient services Compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute RFPs.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to influence internal and external decision makers.
  • Deep understanding of KPIs and performance indicators for patient support services.
  • Experience in developing and managing vendors and internal budgets.
  • Proficient in pharma data platforms.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in influence management across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy for patient support services across launch and growth.

Summary of job description:

The Senior Director of Patient Support Services will report to the Executive Director of Market Access and Value. This leader will be primarily responsible for leading strategy, operations and managing patient support services ensuring access supporting the launch and growth of Replimune products. The Senior Director of Patient Support Services will collaborate closely with cross functional partners and external vendors to implement developed services to ensure patient access to Replimune products is seamless.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for strategy development, design and execution of requisite patient support services ensuring the patient journey is effective, efficient, and aligned with brand and market access strategy.
  • Serve as the operational lead for launch readiness and ongoing execution by identifying access barriers, leading cross functional issue resolution
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership across Market Access, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a seamless and high impact customer experience and execution of business strategy
  • Establish compliant oversight across Hub Services and all patient-facing operations in close partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Medical Affairs
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and conduct business analysis to drive performance, transparency, and continuous improvement across programs and operations
  • Define patient treatment journey, operational workflows and identify medical care model requirements to support the development and implementation of reimbursement support, copay assistance programs and other patient assistance programs as needed.
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of HUB SOPs, business rules and related program documentation to ensure program compliance
  • Utilize data, insights, and feedback from patients and customers to continually optimize support services and offerings
  • Responsible for program and HUB vendor management and performance as defined by KPIs.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance requirements are met across all programs.
  • Conduct RFP, analyze submissions and provide recommendations for an appropriate patient support services HUB vendor and future ongoing program enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with Account Teams to ensure competency in policies and clinical criteria of payers in support of access knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in building field facing tools which focus on the patient journey developing a patient focused approach.
  • Optimize patient support and distribution data to identify and measure successful support program metrics.
  • Responsible for budget development and management.
  • Assess marketplace and identify successful patient access advances and share best practices with internal stakeholders.
  • Use developed key performance metrics for all patient support services to evaluate gaps and areas of advancement in patient support services.
Other responsibilities
  • Willing to undertake various responsibilities outside of area of expertise as opportunity presents.
  • Training content development and execution of training as required.

Educational requirements:

College degree. BSN, RPh Pharm D or MBA a plus

Salary Range

Replimune is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $253,000-327,500. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s unique set of qualifications, skills, and experience. Our current organizational needs also play a part in determining your final offer.

At Replimune, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The selected candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity. Replimune also offers various benefits offerings, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, flexible time off, and a number of paid holidays including year-end shutdown.
