Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years valuation experience in a national or major firm.
• Strong written/oral communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex valuation engagements end to end (scoping, modeling, reporting).
• Mentor staff and senior analysts; review work and coach performance.
• Prepare engagement letters and defend methodologies with clients and regulators.
• Build and defend financial models across multiple approaches; apply ASC 805/350/718.
• Lead external reviews, coordinate with audit teams and stakeholders; ensure on-time delivery.
