Armanino LLP is seeking a Senior Consultant in Valuations to lead and deliver complex valuation engagements across financial reporting, tax, and M&A for a diverse client base. You will build and review sophisticated financial models, manage day-to-day client relationships, and coach junior staff while reporting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years valuations experience in a firm or valuation practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with DCF, market approaches, option pricing, equity allocation.
• Strong report writing, explaining methodology clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, and M&A.
• Own day-to-day execution from scoping to final deliverable.
• Train and guide analysts, review work for quality control.
• Present findings to client stakeholders and manage client communications.
