Armanino LLP is recruiting for a Valuations Manager in Real Estate to lead and deliver real estate valuation engagements across multiple offices. You will collaborate with Directors and Partners, ensuring timely, accurate analyses using income, cost, and market approaches, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate valuation, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and professional designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, real estate, economics, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate valuation experience.
• Professional designation(s) MAI, ASA, CPA, CFA, CEIV, CVFI, ABV, or CVA.

Responsibilities

• Manage, review, and deliver real estate valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction support, regulatory reporting, and planning.
• Perform and review valuation analyses using income, cost, and market approaches.
• Review third‑party appraisal reports and valuation analyses for audit and financial reporting.
• Supervise and mentor analysts, provide technical guidance, and support professional development.
