Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Valuation Advisory team in New York. This hybrid role offers collaboration across practice lines and leadership opportunities in client engagements and business development.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in valuations, a relevant credential, and strong financial modeling, communication, and leadership skills. Salary range reflects New York standards and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, business administration, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 8+ years of experience performing and reviewing business valuations for financial reporting, transactional and corporate planning, and tax.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, business development, training, and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to interact with senior client personnel and key decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, direct, review, and complete valuation analyses and reports for various purposes and industries.
• Develop complex financial analyses and financial models.
• Supervise VAS engagements and coordinate work across service lines.
• Collaborate with Assurance to review and prepare documentation for assurance clients.
