Job summary

Propark Mobility in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead daily operations and champion outstanding guest service. The role involves supervising valet staff, handling cash transactions, and ensuring smooth workflow during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will manage inquiries, assist with training and scheduling, and maintain gate and equipment standards while collaborating with local management to deliver a high-quality experience for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (2+ years) required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to promote teamwork and strong customer service.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints; assist with accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and supplies with local management.
• Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs; identify discrepancies.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety; report issues to management.
• Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
• Contribute to other duties based on operational needs.
