Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking a Valet Supervisor for a full-time role in City, UT. The position offers a $22.00 per hour pay rate with a Thursday–Saturday 11AM–7PM and Sunday 7AM–3PM schedule, and requires at least 2 years of driving experience with a valid license.

You will lead staff, handle customer inquiries, train and evaluate personnel, and manage equipment and supplies while ensuring safety and compliance at the site. This is a growth-oriented role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing, able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• At least 1 year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to promote teamwork and strong customer service.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints; assist with accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
• Maintain and catalog equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
• Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and report safety/maintenance issues at facilities.
• Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
