Job summary

ACE Parking in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Valet Captain to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate events, uphold values, and ensure safe, efficient vehicle handling.

You must communicate clearly, resolve guest concerns, and maintain order while contributing to profitability. Prior hospitality or valet experience is helpful in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in busy environments.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and organized approach.
• Physical ability to move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valet or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Delegate parking and retrieval of vehicles; provide rest and meal breaks as needed; and distribute tips according to policy.
• Act as a liaison between management and customer service teams.
• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies.
• Maintain records of parked vehicles and securely store keys.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally and explain parking procedures and fees.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests as needed.
