Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking Supervisors for Hotel Valet in Bellevue, WA, to start immediately. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with a $21.75 per hour base pay plus cash tips, and a Monday–Sunday 3pm–11pm shift schedule. Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.

The team develops staff, manages schedules, and maintains client relations while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in a friendly, professional manner.
• Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to meet job expectations.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure revenue control integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
• Complete required reports.
