Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking a Valet Supervisor to join our Guest Services Team. This role offers $18 hourly plus tips with perks including $50 rooms at our properties and discounts at spa, restaurant, and retail.

Responsibilities include supervising valet and shuttle operations, staffing, coordinating transportation, and ensuring exceptional guest service and luxury standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and guest-service oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests.
• Willingness to adhere to hotel policies and safety standards.
• Experience in hospitality or valet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valet and shuttle operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Schedule and manage valet/bellman staffing.
• Coordinate shuttle coverage and transportation needs across departments.
• Train and support team; ensure uniform standards and luxury service.
• Maintain clear communication with Front Office and other departments.
• Lead by example in high-stress situations and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Front Office.
