Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, an Averill Hospitality Resort, is seeking a Lead Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team. You will lead a team, welcome guests, and orchestrate a luxury relaxation experience from the moment guests arrive.

The position offers $22 hourly and perks including $50 rooms at our properties and discounts at spa, restaurant, and retail. As Spa Receptionist you will check guests in/out, process payments, schedule reservations, manage retail, and support the Spa Director.

Qualifications

• Greet guests, check-in/out, process payments.
• Schedule spa reservations and answer inquiries.
• Restock and manage retail inventory.
• Able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurate, courteous check-in/out of spa guests.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information about our spa and hotel's amenities.
• Schedule spa reservations.
• Track and restock retail inventory; monitor retail sales.
• Close retail sales; assist Spa Director; ensure spa cleanliness.
