The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, part of Averill Hospitality, is seeking a FULL-TIME Guest Services Manager to lead Bell Valet, Guest Transportation, in-house rental car programs, and related shuttle operations. The role supports a four-star service standard and collaborates with Sales, HR, and resort leadership.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, guest-service focus, and the ability to manage staff performance, safety, and vendor relationships in a resort setting in Whitefish, Montana.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality settings.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to enforce standards and SOPs across departments.
• Proven track record of team leadership and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bell/Valet, Guest Transportation, and Car Rental programs.
• Maintain four-star service by implementing and enforcing standards.
• Manage shuttle schedules and driver assignments.
• Coordinate with Sales on group transportation and gratuities.
• Recruitment coordination with Front Office and HR.
• Support safety and security, and update management as needed.
• Drive department revenue for on-site and off-site offerings.
• Build relationships with third-party transport providers.
