Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, part of Averill Hospitality, seeks a full-time Guest Services Manager to lead Bell Valet, transportation, and on-site car rental operations. You will ensure Four-Star service standards, supervise staff, and coordinate with Sales on group transportation and gratuities.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and over the phone.
• Valid driver’s license necessary to aid in shuttles and errands.
• Must maintain a positive influence in the community and positive relations with area vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bell Valet operations, Guest Transportation, in-house rental car program, and ski valet for multiple properties.
• Oversee the delivery of Four-Star Service by the Guest Services Department by implementing and enforcing service standards and SOPs.
• Manage shuttle schedules (Airport Shuttles, Downtown Loop, Mountain Shuttles) and assign drivers, including CDL drivers for larger vehicles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sales and coordinate group transportation and gratuities.
• Responsible for shuttle, rental, and house vehicle maintenance.
• Recruitment duties in coordination with Front Office Manager, Resort Manager and HR.
• Drive department revenue across on-site and off-site offerings.
• Establish relationships with third-party transportation providers and fleet maintenance partners.
• Oversee and implement Rental Car Program and related policies.
• Train Guest Service staff and participate in daily lobby refresher programs.
• Order and maintain Bell/Valet supplies.
