Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, part of Averill Hospitality, is seeking a PM Valet Lead to oversee the evening valet team and ensure exceptional guest service. This role reports to Front Office leadership and supports smooth valet and shuttle operations in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes $16 hourly plus tips and employee perks such as room discounts and

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent is an asset.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the valet team to ensure efficient daily operations and excellent guest service.
• Communicates schedule changes, transportation needs, or operational concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Report staffing needs and issues to the Director of Front Office.
• Provide direction, training, and support to valet and shuttle team members.
• Maintain communication with Front Office and other departments regarding valet and shuttle operations.
• Promote a professional, welcoming, guest-focused environment at all times.
