Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking a Valet Attendant to join our Guest Services Team in Whitefish, MT. Starting pay is $13 hourly plus tips, with perks including staff discounts on rooms ($50), spa, restaurant, and retail.

As a valet, you will greet guests, escort them to rooms, manage baggage transfers, and fulfill special requests while maintaining five-star service. This role requires physical stamina, a customer-first attitude, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School or High School equivalent is an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality is an asset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and acknowledge with enthusiasm and prescribed terminology.
• Escort arriving guests to rooms, assist with baggage transfers, and accommodate special requests.
• Handle guest departures with same level of service and courtesy.
• Perform valet duties as needed by the hotel team.
