Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, an Averill Hospitality Resort, in Whitefish, MT, seeks a Valet Supervisor to lead the valet and shuttle operations and deliver exceptional guest service as part of the Guest Services team.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills, with a base pay of $18 per hour plus tips, and perks including room discounts at any Averill properties and spa/restaurant/retail discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet and bellman team to ensure efficient daily operations and guest service.
• Assist with scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levels for valet and bellman operations.
• Assist shuttle coverage for hotel shuttle loops and airport transportation as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes and transportation needs to the team.
• Report staffing needs and operational concerns to the Director of Front Office.
• Provide direction, training, and support to valet and bellman team; ensure uniform guidelines and luxury standards.
• Promote a professional, welcoming, guest-focused environment at all times.
