Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, a premier AAA Four Diamond resort, seeks a PM Valet Lead to lead the valet team during the evening shift and ensure seamless valet and shuttle operations with outstanding guest service. Reports to the Director of Front Office and upholds luxury service standards.

Responsibilities include directing staff, maintaining communications with Front Office, and promoting a welcoming, professional environment while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and guest-focused service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet team during evening shift to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
• Coordinate schedule changes and transportation needs with Front Office leadership.
• Train and support valet and shuttle staff; ensure safety and service standards.
