Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and assignments to meet demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow and guest wait times to improve turnaround.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure accurate vehicle tracking and proper use of valet systems.
• Enforce safety, traffic, and compliance procedures at all times.
• Oversee cash handling, revenue reconciliation, and documentation.
