Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant for UHealth SoLe Mia, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include greeting guests, issuing tickets, and parking vehicles safely while ensuring excellent guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Proof of required vaccinations prior to starting employment (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B).
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and handle fast-paced customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information via electronic devices.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and accurate tracking of vehicle location.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings using ticketing systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador by courteously interacting with guests and assisting with loading/unloading items.
• Maintain safety and security by directing traffic, monitoring areas, and coordinating towing when required.
• Process applicable valet fees and assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage as needed; report incidents to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
