Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant for the University of Miami Health System location in Miami, FL. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and delivering excellent customer service Monday through Friday. You must provide vaccination records and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles with normal coordination.
• Must be able to move between valet stand and cars for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional guest service and directions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, assist with loading/unloading items.
• Maintain vehicle safety and direct traffic as needed.
• Process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests.
