Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. seeks a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous, prompt guest service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles at UHealth SoLe Mia area.

The role requires friendly interactions, teamwork with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor, and adherence to safety standards. Schedule is Monday through Friday; pay is $15/hour plus tips; vaccination and work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles with normal coordination (eye-hand, hand-foot).
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and enter information into electronic devices.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and answer inquiries.
• Assist guests with unloading/loading personal items and open vehicle doors as needed.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and ensure safety of vehicles and guests.
• Process applicable valet fees and aid in end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promptly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests and assist with luggage as needed.
• Report incidents or claims to the supervisor.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and teammates.
