Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant for University of Miami Health System (Mon-Fri) in Miami, FL. Location: 1400 NW 12th Ave; Schedule: Monday to Friday; Pay: $15/hour plus tips.

Must provide vaccination proof prior to starting. This role emphasizes prompt, courteous service and brand representation while parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Responsibilities include greeting guests, issuing tickets, ensuring vehicle safety, and handling fees.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests clearly.
• Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring coordination (eye-hand, hand-foot).
• Ability to move between valet stand and customer cars for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and enter data.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles and document any pre-existing damage.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests.
• Act as a brand ambassador, open doors, assist with loading and unloading items.
• Maintain safety by directing traffic and monitoring drive areas; arrange towing if needed.
• Process valet fees and help reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage if needed.
• Report incidents promptly to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
