Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize guest wait times.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure proper use of valet ticketing systems and accurate vehicle tracking.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and compliance with policies.
