Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor for Ten Museum Park in Miami. Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour plus tips. Shifts vary and may include weekends. This role oversees daily valet operations, staffing, vehicle flow, and guest service, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
Able to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service.
Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet demand.
Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize guest wait times.
Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
Ensure ticketing and vehicle tracking accuracy and adherence to safety procedures.
Enforce company policies, post orders and local regulations.
Oversee cash handling, fee collections and revenue reconciliation.
Assist with onboarding, training and coaching of staff.
