Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor for Ten Museum Park in Miami. Pay is $18–$19 per hour plus tips, with variable shifts including weekends. You will supervise valet staff, coordinate vehicle flow, ensure safety and quality service, and serve as the on-site escalation point for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) required.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize guest wait times.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handling procedures at all times.
• Review end-of-shift revenue reconciliation and documentation when applicable.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of valet staff.
