Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Waterpark Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for our adventure-filled waterpark. You will oversee ride maintenance, daily inspections, safety compliance, and mentor a team to deliver safe, clean, and reliable experiences.

Qualifications

• 4 years of progressive maintenance experience in hotel/resort, waterpark, theme park, construction, or related field.
• Knowledge of air conditioning/heating, plumbing, and facility maintenance management.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waterpark maintenance operations and rides maintenance checks.
• Lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team across shifts.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance for rides and facilities.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate purchases with approval.
• Prepare forms, reports, and schedules in an organized manner.
