Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee valet staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high service levels at our Miami location. You will manage shifts, monitor vehicle flow, handle guest concerns, and enforce safety and compliance throughout the shift.

The role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication, bold decision making, and a strong customer service mindset. This is a full-time position with on-site responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize guest wait times.
• Serve as the on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure accurate vehicle tracking and proper use of ticketing systems.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, post orders, and regulations.
• Respond to accidents and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate with security, facility staff, or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain professional guest interactions and service quality.
• Support client expectations and communicate operational updates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues.
