Job summary

SP+ in Miami is seeking a valet attendant to support day-to-day operations and uphold a superior guest experience. You will help with parking, driving, and retrieving vehicles safely, while maintaining a professional image and strong knowledge of local streets.

This role involves staffing, safety compliance, daily paperwork, and assisting with hiring and training of the valet team. Availability for varying shifts and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements may vary; 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver''s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.
• Guest Service: Strong guest orientation and positive attitude; courteous and professional.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical Demands: Standing, walking, handling cash/equipment; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day valet operations to ensure guest satisfaction and professional image.
• Create staffing schedules based on anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safety of vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching of the valet team.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
