Job summary

SP+ is seeking a valet associate in Miami to manage day-to-day valet operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll assist guests, drive and park vehicles, and help optimize parking capacity while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Requirements include a high school graduate with at least six months of valet experience and a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time with dynamic shifts; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.
• License: valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in and out of their vehicle and provide courteous service.
• Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and professionally.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume and maintain SOP compliance.
• Maintain security of keys and vehicles and report incidents as needed.
• Support hiring, training and coaching of valet staff.
