Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor for Luxury Properties in the Miami area. The role oversees valet operations at luxury residences and upscale dining venues, ensuring safe parking and exceptional guest service.

Flexible shifts include weekends, with a starting pay of $17/hour plus tips. The ideal candidate has 18+ years, a valid license, and strong customer service skills, with preference for prior valet experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Acceptable driving record and MVR.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Previous valet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and coordinate valet process from start to finish: retrieve keys, grant access to vehicles, and issue tickets.
• Build rapport with guests and address inquiries to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador by greeting guests and assisting with vehicle doors and loading.
• Apply safety procedures to direct traffic, park vehicles, inspect for damage, and report incidents.
• Assist in collecting fees and reconciling end-of-shift revenue.
• Greet guests, park cars, and help unload luggage when needed.
• Record vehicle information accurately and retrieve vehicles for guests promptly.
• Provide courteous service and directions; assist with routes and local guidance.
• Direct traffic, place barricades, and arrange towing when needed.
• Report incidents quickly to leadership and document occurrences.
