Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize congestion and guest wait times.
• Serve as the on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure adherence to safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handling procedures.
• Manage cash handling, fee collection, and end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
• Onboard, train, and coach valet staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
