Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Graduate; valet experience preferred (min 6 months).
• Availability for varying shifts; 2nd/3rd shifts and/or weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day valet operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Create staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safety of vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily papers per audit standards.
• Identify vehicle makes/models and know local streets and landmarks.
• Keep drive lanes clean and report accidents or violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
