MGM Resorts International is hiring for a Stacker on the Valet team at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience from arrival, parking vehicles, and supporting valet operations to maximize speed and capacity.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of customer-service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of prior relevant experience in a customer service position.
• Prior experience with valet preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, courteous, and friendly service to guests and employees.
• Assist guests promptly and courteously with valet check-in and contact the appropriate supervisor regarding guest-related complaints.
• Park vehicles in designated areas using standard stacking procedures to maximize parking speed, efficiency, and capacity.
• Assist Valet Attendants with efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of property facilities and special events to assist guests and fellow employees when possible.
• Maintain a clean DMV record and provide a current Nevada Motor Vehicle Report to the department leader and Risk Management every six months, and notify the department leader of any changes to Nevada Driver’s License status.
• Maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

THE JOB:

Join the Valet team at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as a Stacker and help create a welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE:

$14.08 / Per Hour + Gratuities

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
