Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Manager of Front Services & Valet at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to lead daily operations and deliver an elevated guest experience. You will support the team, oversee department operations, and ensure WOW moments for guests throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of relevant experience in front services within a luxury environment, with strong customer service and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Two (2) years of prior relevant front services or luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bell, Door, and Valet Parking operations and maintain high service standards.
• Establish departmental rules, procedures, inventory levels and service standards for staff.
• Manage interviewing, hiring, termination, payroll, and recruitment tasks.
• Direct and motivate staff with effective staffing, scheduling and productivity.
• Implement training for new personnel and ongoing staff development.
