Job summary

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a property operated by MGM Resorts International, is hiring a Stacker for the Valet team. Provide courteous valet service and help guests with check-in, parking and vehicle retrieval. Starting rate is $14.08 per hour plus gratuities.

Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of customer service experience; valet experience preferred. On-site role with weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months of prior customer service experience.
• Prior valet experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, courteous, and friendly service to guests and employees.
• Assist guests with valet check-in and escalate guest-related complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
• Park vehicles using stacking procedures to maximize speed, efficiency and capacity.
• Assist Valet Attendants with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of property facilities and events to help guests and fellow employees.
