Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, a AAA Four Diamond resort in Montana, seeks a Valet Supervisor to lead the valet and shuttle teams within our Guest Services group. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, coordinating staffing, and maintaining safety and luxury standards.

You will report to the Director of Front Office, monitor daily operations, train staff, manage scheduling, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet and bellman team to ensure efficient operations and guest service.
• Assist with scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levels for valet and bellman operations.
• Coordinate shuttle coverage for hotel loops and airport transportation when needed.
• Communicate schedule changes and operational needs to team members.
• Provide leadership, training, and adherence to uniform and luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to smooth operations.
